Dave Portney Says Dogecoin Is A Pump and Dump

Dave Portnety, the founder of Barstool sports has recently called the shilling of Dogecoin on the Tik Tok video as a pump and dump.

“Its a pump and dump” he said in a twitter video, he also called Dogecoin a fake and “Bubbly Rosé”, a term believed to mean or referred to a group of former Barstool employees that left the company to start a Rosé company ( which later did flop) that were heavily invested in cryptocurrency- a source said.

Dave has also gained quite a large popularity since he stated that he would go up against Wall Street in Stocks trading. He has also given the idea that stocks don’t fall since the Feds will always print fiat to pump it, so why short it when you can basically long it for as long as you want.

Dogecoin has gained over 100% increase in price and over 2000% in trading volume since the release of the Tik Tok video. The video had asked its viewers to buy or invest in dogecoin with as low $25 and sell when the price hits a dollar to make a whooping sum of $10k.

“Everyone is buying Dogecoin, it’s a cryptocurrency, it’s fake, people are buying it – they want it to get to $1, people are getting rich” – Dave said in the Video.

Zilliqa has also decided to use this means of promotion by organizing a Tik Tok video competition for its users and get rewarded, they released this tweet under Zillacracy, an online platform put up to help harness the talents within the zilliqa community.

Tik Tok is estimated to have 800 million users, most of which are young generations. Will the next wave of investors come from Tik Tok?, that we believe will depend on the outcome of the Dogecoin towards those invested recently.
