Unbiased Announces Launch of Data Marketplace to Improve AI and Machine Learning

Unbiased, a start-up tech company utilizing Telos blockchain to build solutions to fight ethical challenges in AI and big data announced the launch of it’s marketplace on the Telos blockchain. The released Unbiased Data marketplace will provide privacy centric and decentralized development tools to entities working with AI and Machine learning applications which ranges from data collection, annotation, labelling and analytics.

Unlike most other centralized tools for training supervised Machine learning and AI algorithms with no transparency, Unbiased marketplace will use the Telos blockchain to allow transparency on the platform which includes the creation of projects and tasks, worker contributions and the exchange of data.

“Unbiased uses the Telos blockchain to improve transparency and integrity, allowing users to trust and validate whether their dataset annotations are happening according to set requirements,” said Sukesh Tedla, Founder and CEO of Unbiased. “In addition to the obvious draw of Telos’ powerful governance tools and low operational costs, we share a mission with Telos to build a new global economy focused on decentralization and trust.”

The marketplace platform is supported by Workforce, a crowd-sourcing platform with data collection and annotation tools needed to source AI and ML datasets. It also currently supports 20+ projects and task types. Individuals interested in earning some money for completing tasks could sign up for the Unbiased through the App Store for ios users, google playstore for the Android users and the web app for the general public.
