Vechain (VET) to Power Limited Edition Merchandise Collection by Team Zuby

VeChain has partnered with the Bitcoin Movement(BTCMVMNT) and Zuby to create a Limited Edition merchandise collection called “Take the Power Back”. The collaboration is joining forces together so as to tap into distributed ledger technology (DLT), the building blocks of Bitcoin (BTC) and other digital assets to make these merchandise collections.

The team will leverage VeChains blockchain to store the merchandise data and every of the garment created will come with an NFC chip that will allow users to get important information about their collections.

The official announcement of the Bitcoin movement(BTCMVMNT)  platform states that the blockchain based Limited Edition merchandise collection is made up of just 300 items. These are 125 fully branded T-shirts, 125 caps and 50 hoodies, details pertaining to all merchandise will be stored on the VeChain blockchain via NFC chips. Commenting on the reason why they choose to use 21 as its design feature, the team explained that the inspiration comes from the fact that Bitcoin (BTC) has a total capped supply of only 21 million BTC which can ever be produced.

Zuby says the merchandise design will help to educate, inspire and empower the masses to take back absolute control over their finances through Bitcoin (BTC) and blockchain technology.

“I wanted to design a collection that inspires people to take control of their money, whilst empowering and uniting them through participation in the Bitcoin network. Bitcoin is known as the currency of the people and it puts the power back in our hands.”

The team plans starting official sale of garments on November 14,2020 at 17:00 EST. Individuals who are interested are asked to indicate interest through the BTC MVMNT platform before the sale kicks off. Anyone who participates in the sales will be able to verify the authenticity of their purchases via an app that is set to be launched on the 14th of November.
