Brave Browser Receives Top-Rated Browser Status on Play Store

Brave Browser, a top leading browser with focus on Privacy and rewarding users with cryptocurrencies has received a Top-Rating from its users on the Android Google Play Store. The browser has soared past its competitors even beating Google’s own browser Chrome.

Brave received a rating of 4.8 stars out of 5 from over 238,000 total reviews from its users on Play Store, this comes after Brave further worked on the efficiency of its Privacy by providing service access through the Darknet. This rating has given Brave an edge over other competitors such as Google Chrome, Firefox and many other popular browsers out there.

Brave browser has a growing number of users and will continue gaining massive users since it offers users incentives in crypto for using them, block ads that pop up in other browsers including YouTube video ads and many more. A report in June announced that Brave had over 15 million active monthly users.

Brave and The Darknet

Brave Browser this week announced that access to websites using TOR (The Onion Router) is now possible thereby advancing the firm’s mission in giving trackers a hard time tracking their users and also showing that they value the users and their privacy.

The implementation of TOR would allow users access the part of the internet known as The Darknet, a part believed to the home of illicit activities, illegal drug activities, murder for hire services and many more. TOR would also allow users who are under internet restrictions and no means of communicating with the outside world to do so anonymously.
