Bitfinex to Launch Dazaar P2P Data protocol

Bitfinex exchange, the world’s leading digital asset trading platform is set to launch Dazaar, an open source P2P protocol for data streaming. It will serve as a P2P data hosting service that is designed with the aim of eliminating the need for centralized storage of data.

The new product is an extension of HyperCore protocol, this means that it shares some features such as scalability, speed and P2P (Decentralization).

Dazaar will integrate a layer to enable time-based micro payments with any cryptocurrency, this will be solely between “Sellers” and “buyers” without intermediaries. The platform will support any cryptocurrency as a medium of payment and even credit cards.

Sellers receive a Dazaar card which is used to identify their information and provide access to it for the buyers. The buyer finds the Dazaar card with the information they are interested in, they send reward to the one selling the data. The seller confirms the receipts of the transaction and the data stream starts.

Dazaar Vision

Dazaar vision is a live video streaming desktop application built on the Dazaar open source protocol. It allows for easy monetization without intermediaries, users can accept Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency added to the platform later on.

The Dazaar Vision will allow users to set up live broadcasts without even having to sign-up or register. Release of both Dazaar and Dazaar Vision is expected today 25th of June 2020.
