The privacy focused Browser Brave, have partnered with Gemini, a top US cryptocurrency exchange to allow users trade cryptocurrencies within the browser itself. The collaboration will allow users buy, sell, trade, earn and store cryptocurrencies directly through Brave. The exchange widget is currently on the Brave Nightly, a testing phase for features to be released on Brave later. It is expected to go live in the coming weeks.
Users of the Browser can start using the Nightly version of Brave to access this feature for now until its released for the general public. The official blog also noted that verified content creators can choose to store their rewards which are paid in BAT in the crypto exchange ( the Gemini Creator wallet), or in any other fiat or crypto asset supported on Gemini’s Exchange.
Brave has also partnered with Binance and Binance US and has recently partnered with Japanese Crypto exchange BitFlyer to build a Crypto wallet for it’s users. Brave native token, BAT is listed on each of those exchanges.

The Browser is led by Brendan Eich, a former Mozilla executive. Brave has over 5.3 million daily active users and had raised $35 million under 30 secs back in 2017 on their ICO.
